Meet Your Stylist (or Barber)
Get to know The Park Salon & Barber's community of passionate hair professionals! These are the faces behind the highest quality, custom hair colors, and styles created especially for our customer's unique hair types and lifestyles.
Our Level System is designed to provide a career path for our team while offering our customers an array of salon and barber services that meet their needs. Levels are assigned based on availability, demand, education, and experience. Whether you’re looking for quick, walk-in service, special occasion styling, or a highly-detailed new look, we have the stylist for you. Level One: Our new talent, many have completed The Park’s Associate Program. They are developing and perfecting their artistry and typically have 1 - 2 years of experience.
Level Two: Our Level Two stylists have well-developed their design and coloring skills and are working to further their artistry through additional training and certifications. They have a steady clientele and but often have walk-in availability.
Level Three: Level Three stylists are advanced and have worked closely with Senior Stylists to further specialize in their cut, color, and styling services. They have completed continuing education through both in-salon training and outside education from brands like Redken and R+Co.
Level Four: These stylists have reached an artistic level in their careers are in high demand. They’ve worked with and mentored our Associates and Level One Stylists. Typically they are available by appointment only.
Level Five: Reserved for our most experienced and in-demand stylists, Level Five practitioners are at the artistic level in their careers and are well-known for their work. They guide the entire team in artistic direction and are the most sought-after hairstylists in the salon and are available by appointment only.
