The health and safety of our customers, employees, and salon remain our top priority. In order to provide you with the same services you love in a manner that is safe for everyone during the COVID-19 pandemic, The Park Salon and Barber has instituted the following guidelines to ensure our community stays healthy:
Salon and barber services are appointment only until further notice. Walk-in customers are welcome for retail and gift card purchases.
Self-monitoring and a completed waiver are required for customers and employees.
Individuals who are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 are asked to stay home. We will do our best to reschedule you when you are feeling better!
Masks are required for our customers, employees, and visitors while on the premises.
Increased cleaning and disinfecting will take place after each service.
Beard trims, face shaves and waxing services are unavailable at this time.
Ready to visit The Park Salon & Barber? Our new welcome experience is a little bit different, but don’t worry we'll walk you through this again when we call to confirm your appointment.
Prior to your appointment, please complete a self-check for symptoms and complete our guest waiver before you arrive.
Upon your arrival at The Park, please call 410-544-5800 to check-in. We'll text you when your stylist is ready for you.
Remember Masks are required at all times while in the building. Please put on your mask before entering the salon. (If you've forgotten a mask, no worries just call us and we'll bring one out to you!)
When you come into the salon you will be taken directly to your stylist's chair or a shampoo station.
During your visit, we ask you to refrain from eating or drinking while in the salon.
We offer contactless payment. If you’re receiving color or treatment services, our guest services team can expedite the payment process during your processing so you can be on your way as soon as your hair is done!
Since reopening in May, our top priority remains the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the larger Severna Park community. While we are taking these precautions, we can’t keep our community safe without you.
